Welcome to NOGOSWITCH LLC. By purchasing, using, or installing our automotive product ("the Product"), you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Product.

The User acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Product involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of malfunction, misuse, or failure. By using the Product, the User assumes all risks associated with its use.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Proper Installation

The User agrees to follow all instructions, guidelines, and recommendations provided by NOGOSWITCH LLC for the installation, use, and maintenance of the Product. Improper installation or use voids any implied warranties and releases NOGOSWITCH LLC from all liability.

3.2 Compliance with Laws

The User is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the Product complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

3.3 Maintenance and Inspection

It is the User's responsibility to regularly inspect and maintain the Product to ensure its proper functioning and safety.

4. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NOGOSWITCH LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• The User's use of the Product.
• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions by the User.
• The User's negligence or misconduct.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOGOSWITCH LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Product, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability.
• Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties against hidden or latent defects.

The User acknowledges that the Product may not function as intended under all circumstances, and NOGOSWITCH LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Remedies

In the event of any defect, malfunction, or failure of the Product, the User's sole and exclusive remedy shall be the repair or replacement of the defective Product, at NOGOSWITCH LLC's sole discretion. Under no circumstances shall NOGOSWITCH LLC be liable for any damages exceeding the purchase price of the Product.

NOGOSWITCH LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.2 Dispute Resolution

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and NOGOSWITCH LLC with respect to the Product and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.

11. Modifications

NOGOSWITCH LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised terms on our website. It is the User's responsibility to review the terms periodically.
